When I go to download my guild's dkp I get another guild's dkp list and names. The url is correct. Any ideas why this is happening?

Make sure you're running the program from the Interface/Addons/GuildRaidSnapShot folder. If you're running it from the desktop or something, then it's downloading the data to the wrong place.
