When is dkpsigs coming back up? It's been "down for maintenance" for quite a while now. It's my favorite sig generator (even though it never auto-updated my sig, I always had to force it to)and I hope it's going to continue.
It's down because of the significant changes to the armory. It was working with the old armory even after the switch to battle.net for a while, but I'm working on a new armory import.
