A couple of people in the guild cannot add their avatars for the forums.. I have looked over their accounts and don't see anything that would keep them from being able to put avatars up.
What is happening that's not allowing them to upload their avatars?
If they are uploading pics to their character, that's not the same as updating the avatar for the account. Make sure they're doing it from "Edit my Account Info" in the "Logged In" box.
