It seems that after someone creates an account, validates it, and then adds a character, they can sign-up for raids even though they have not been approved yet and their character addition is still pending. Is there anyway I can prevent this from happening? Also, there are several non-members listed as well that I do not want to be able to sign up, and it seems they can as well. Please advise.

Change the minimum Rank for signups to something other than the base rank. Like add and Inactive rank as the bottom tier on the web site just below the initial rank of the guild. Then in the Feature Access section set the rank of those able to signup for raids to a minimum of the lowest guild rank. When people signup up for you page they will default to the Inactive rank and won't really have permissions to do much.

Jack Burton: Hey, what more can a guy ask for?
Egg Shen: Oh, a six-demon bag!
Jack Burton: Terrific, a six-demon bag. Sensational. What's in it, Egg?
Egg Shen: Wind, fire, all that kind of thing!

There isn't an option in feature access for the ability to sign up. But that's a good idea to add.

Hmm well so I had to pull my foot out of my mouth and go look and yeah your right (of course) there isn't.

Sooooooo....now I have to ask you. What in the heck is making it so that some people on my system can not use the calendar until Both their account rank and character rank are Alt or higher? I have the opposite problem of Evilash. I have people that message me constantly because they can not access our event calendar until I update their ranks.

The individual events have a minimum rank on them, make sure that the rank for the various events is indeed set properly.

but when you said you could do it from security access, I was like "what? really?! I don't remember doing that, but I'll see if I really did." It certainly seems like somehing that WOULD have been done.

LOL no you didn't but I remember being able to set it somewhere. So putting it on the individual event is what we do. it affective keeps every joe blow from being able to signup and see events even until they are fully guild approved when you follow my comments above.
