I know we can add our own customer fields but I think it would be nice to see a static option by default for people to enter their facebook pages.

Adding this by default is a good idea indeed.

For now, I'd recommend using a custom field.

Already did but of course it shows at the bottom and just doesn't have that nice little facebook favicon.
