Under recent changes I just read:

Where can I read more about how to use this?

It appears under Admin > Menu Administration > Add New Menu Category > Use the drop down to find the Social Networking buttons ( if in simple menu mode ) [If in advanced it's in the large list of things you can add ]

Then click the check-boxes for each one you want to set up.

Ah thanks, I finally arrived at that point last night. But now I'm wondering... is this only to promote your site then? Because I don't see a way to put this on just a seperate page.
