Sometimes when I upload the grss snapshots from a raid I go to the current standings page to look and make sure things were updated correctly. Sometimes when I upload it produces double names..Any way to avoid this happening or to fix it if it happens?

The fix is to click the "Inaccurate? Recalculate" link at the top of the page.
