Ok, I've made a lot of changes to the website and I'm really loving it. However, since I'm using a custom layout I cannot simply click the 'Displays the Last 10 Items Received' and have it show up. I know I need to insert the <!-- System:Menu:XXX --> tag into my custom layout, but I don't know the name of the items received thingy.. do you get what i'm trying to say? I know I can be confusing.

Also, I've changed the colors for events on my calendar, but it doesn't seem to want to update. I also cannot read the copyright info at the bottom of the page (I believe this is the default, since I have not put a copyright place in my custom layout file).

It's a common misconception that Rogues "do it" from the front or even, on rare occasion, laterally. While there was a brief period in the sixties where such things might have been in vogue, these days it's understood that the best position for rogues worldwide is directly behind. Indeed, many roguish feats demand it.
Love the new Logo you went with, much nicer than your previous one =) As far as your calender goes, I gather you have that set so just members can view any events? or you don't have anything scheduled yet this month. I am thinking the former since I can't even see the indicator for what day it is.

Oh, I'm sorry, I haven't added it to the documentation yet:

<!--System:Last10Items-->

Currently, 10 is the only number supported, but I'm planning on adding support for any number.

Oh, and your site is looking awesome, btw!

Other than the documentation you have for Custom layouts, is there another resource that can be looked up to help someone better understand? I am getting the itch to try my own custom layout and a little more indepth explaination in that area would sure help out.

Unfortunately not. I've been planning on making a bit of a set of examples for help working with them, but if you can do HTML by hand, you should be able to do the advanced layout stuff.

Thanks so much guys!!
10 items are good for me, don't want to much of a list.

As for the calendar, I have events up and I don't know why it won't show. I've looked and it doesn't seem to have any restrictions on it. Plus the colors just aren't changing for me.

Just took a look at your site and I am seeing that you have yellow setup as your Event indictor color. Looks nice.

Cool, I just realized that I the new changes I made do not effect events I put up before the changes. So I went in to mainually make them all yellow. Glad you like it. Its fun working with this kind of site. I really like it.

Hey, Lookin at your site further, I see that the [Filter] option for the Calendar displays the event categories the same color as the background.

Since the class list1 really only ever appears in the body, I think you could get away with making the "list1" class use the same background color as the class you use to make the content section.

I just went in and tweaked it to make the background of the "Filter" part be "list1"

Thank you very much.

Any news yet on the [Advanced Layout] forum tag, and the ability to export your current simple layout and css settings?
