Can we get some options on the Mass Adjustment page?

Currently, it seems the list of characters is sorted by total dkp. Why, I don't know? That seems irrelevant when doing adjustments.

Would like clickable columns at the top, and possible a dropdown box like the account/character pages have, that way I can tell it to select all users with a certain rank to have the adjustment.

With 250ish characters in the guild, the current system needs a bit of work.

Wanted to give everyone who is max level already or who got max level this week a bonus. But the mass adjustment page doesn't show people's levels.
