What does the "Played By" option do or how does it work? We are trying to simplify our DKP process a little by pooling DKP under 1 main for all of someones characters. I thought that if CharacterA was played by CharacterB that using the played by option would allocate the DKP to that character but that doesn't seem to happen.

That is what it's supposed to do. I'll have a gander and see what happened or why it's not working any more.
But yeah, if you select the "Played by Whom?" option, it's supposed to reallocate those points from the toon in the snapshot to the toon selected in the drop down list.
