I can't seem to find the places where I can change the name for "Apply to Guild" and change the over all names for such kind of items.

To change the text for "Apply to Guild", you'll need to edit the name of the application. Head to
Admin > Characters and Accounts > Applications and Recruitment
, and click [Settings] next to the appropriate app to rename it.
