This toggle does nothing at the moment. This is fairly high priority as some of my guild mates have particularly stringent rules with regard to content.

Click on "Edit Acount".
Check the "HIde Avatars on the forum box.
Revisit forums and avatars are still present.

Work around: View thread as minimalist.

I've got a fix coming for this particular issue. It's ready on the development system, and just needs to be rolled out here.
