I cant seem to add or edit an event to the big calendar by clicking on the + anymore. Also the wrong ranks are able to approve themselves for events even though they should not have that ability. I can not approve or deny RFI now either.

Yup, the fix I just did fixed a number of issues that were being caused by the "Glass" template (and possibly others).
