Soo.. I've been playing with the guild DKP raiding and noticed that we ask a lot of people to play different classes on different raids (to make up for the lack of priests or mages) and I was wondering if there was any way to implement DKP Linking to two or more accounts.. That way both players get the same amount of DKP (Player A and B get 20 DKP from a run) and when either of them spends DKP both of them lose it..

I'm afriad there's nothing like that currently. Your best bet, in this scenario is to always credit and charge from the main character.

I've given some thought to an implementation of that, and I haven't yet found a smooth way of implementing it. It's definitely on the list, but it's not terribly high priority, unfortunately.
