I need to be able to grant my users (by rank of course) rights to use the calendar and the "quick event' feature, for some reason this changed recently and even my officers are having trouble getting to it. Please does anyone know how to essentially open all but the administration of the calendar and category features up to other users?

I've tried to use the "Feature Access" function and it doesn't seem to work.
