Have a user that can not currently view the forums. I am corresponding with him via email trying to find out what browser and stuff he has.

I noticed that this is the same error that Crimson initially posted here:

Have him log off, then back on, see if that doesn't fix it.

I'll ask him to try that but I think this is also a new/different computer that he hasn't viewed the site with before.
