I use the rank upgrade process to force people to the website...and it's not working any more

Person requests rank upgrade - Approve...no upgrade actually occurs
Try to go to the person's website account, change rank, save...spins
Try to go to the person's character, save rank, spins (this might be because the other is spinning dunno)
