Neither are really limited. We ask to "be reasonable," and if things get out of hand, for whatever reason, we'll ask before deleting anything (unless it's REALLY bad). Generally, speaking though, no single site has ever been a problem. The only hard limit we enforce is a single 150mb per file maximum.
