Description:
when I log in to the site I get a pop up that says I have 7 new alerts, then I click it an it says I am not authorized to see the page. I have checked the settings to make sure I am listed the correct rank for applications. But no idea why it wont let me see the alert.

this is really strange... I recieved a new app yesterday an it showed a second line in the alert. I clicked on the second line it acted correctly. but it still is showing an alert with 7 applications it says I dont have permission to view... But it lets me view the new apps.

Sorry, I've been out of town the past week, so my responses were a bit sparser than usual. I'm pretty sure I have it figured out now, but I was unable to deploy a change of that nature from my location.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I'm glad to hear you were able to get it to go away.
