Same problem. It's completely random too. Sometimes when I first log the page it shows up. Sometimes when I go to post it shows up and when I'm in Admin and just sorting names, it shows up. I've been trying to change a rank on the site for 15 mins and I shut the screen down and retry until I get back onto it then I hope the change goes through the next time.
It just seems random when the message comes up.
