I am not sure when - or if - this changed, but on a regular basis my players are required to 'update their accounts' - like every 3 weeks or so. I can't find anywhere to turn this off - and really, I don't want to force every dang player to have to update every dang toon every dang 3 weeks. Anyone point me to the right place to shut this off?

It is indeed every three weeks. It's not currently a toggleable setting, but it should be. I can have that added to the list.

It seems new - I've been with you for ... heck, 3 years now, and I don't remember having to do this that often.

The 'whatever, my profiles are up to date' button does not seem to work anymore - the big red sign comes up, every three weeks, and continues until every single character is clicked on.

Can you check into why the 'whatever' button isn't working? The intent of the button was - or seemed to be - to allow someone, with one click, to avoid having to update every toon.

I gotta say, this is causing a fair bit of frustration. We don't - absolutly don't - want to have to edit every character we have every 3 weeks.

I've checked it on a couple computers, using explorer and chrome.

It's original intent was indeed to pop for *each* character, but I've gone ahead and just removed the popup altogether so you shouldn't be getting it anymore.

The new character profile stuff that's coming out should hopefully make your members *want* to update their profiles regularly
