I think this mod is great, no more alt-tabbing... kind of. We also take rank into consideration when determining loot priority so if a 'rank' column can be added next to the name column on the display table, that would be extremely helpful to us.

Also, will there be a way for me to ever report the same information in raid chat? or is it always going to be done by individuals sending tells?

Lastly, when loot drops and I enter dkp earned, that only modifies the in-game mod for tracking purposes during the run correct? And will not update the DKP on the website?


Right because you can not write variables till you reload the UI or logout so you can not actively communicate with the website during play.

I'll be sure to add that to the list for the next major release (this week will just be a small release with a few tweaks, nothing serious).

That's also slated for the next major release, reporting to Guild,Raid,Party, or Officer.

Correct, you still need to upload the file after the fact.

Would it be possible when the loot window opens to allow us to select another user to assign the loot to as well as the DKP charge?

Someimes the Master Looter is credited with getting the loot event though I know it is going to the bank, etc.

Also one more small request... not sure how this would fit in. Duing MC runs when we are killing Trash Mobs, we don't like to stop if an item drops. So what we will do is just have the master looter hold the item until we make it to the boss, then roll. Think there might be a way to pull up a loot recieved monitor so that we can adjust who gets the loot during the run? As opposed to having to write it down and remember to correct it when the import occurs.

I could make the ability to trigger a "Loot Received" popup on demand, as well as possibly putting in the point redirection thing you mention with someone else receiving the item after the master looter loots it to himself.

I think it would be cool to implement a system where upon assignment(not chat trigger), the ML would type in what dkp value if any gets recorded, and that information would be transmitted to the other grss' over the mod communication channel that bliz set up for mods.

Indeed. That's something I've been giving some thought too.

One thing that would be nice to see is the removal of dkp standings that are listed as retired on the site so they don't show up in the mod. Several names that I know are set as retired on the site and don't show up on the site standings are showing up in the mod and can get confusing. Maybe having the mod some how detect who is in the raid and only displaying them. Or having a selectable ability that will allow you to display everyone and a selection to only display those in the raid.

That's odd. It's not supposed to show retired members at all.

ok went back through and found that some of the members showing up were removed from retired. =(

Would you add the Class Priority too, with rank and all that? I'm so tired of mages bidding on felheart cuz they think they're funny.

Hmmm shouldn't need to add that as a priority. The persons class is listed next to the name. You know your bidding on felheart so just ignore the fools IMO

OMG this is an AWESOME mod. I have said it before and I'll say it again. This has taken SO much work out of managing DKP.

I have one small suggestion, don't know if it is doable. If a character is Offline or AFK when a boss goes down, having an option of them not being added to the memebers that downed that boss.

Just a thought.

It should never record Offliners, but it does still record AFKers. I could probably Add [AFK] to the Zone part during the upload.

And glad you dig it...clearly it still has a few kinks in it that need sorting out, but I'm glad it's making DKP easier.

Couple more thoughts around AFK:

Tracking the # of minutes someone is AFK/offline
Alerting you if a person has been afk/offline for X minutes
Log tracking of the results of ct_raid ready checks
