I must be missing something as I can find now way to select the guild I belong too. In my guild listing I have one person who states they entered their guild name, but has no idea how they did it. I have the checkbox selected allowing them to enter it. but when I go into any of my toons or if I choose to edit my account settings there is no where to type in the guild I belong too.

Also when I create a new account, their is no where I can type in what guild I belong too.

What am I missing?

There are no guild rosters on your site, which is why you're not able to select a guild.

You'll want to head to Admin > Characters and Accounts > Rosters, and create a new roster for every guild on your site. By default there should be a single guild roster, which in most cases, would be the only roster on the site.

Make sure you select "This is a Guild Roster" when creating it, and you'll be good to go.
