Description:
This feature you described below is not working - I read the update about clicking on the "+" on the Big Calendar, but there is no "+" anywhere on that page.
Any clues?

Check out Admin > Feature Access and look for the security called "myschedule"
This allows non-admins to create their own events and approve the signups and all that fun stuff. They can only administer their own. The "schedule" security is only for those who have the ability to modify/approve all events.

On your site, it has to do with the CSS file. You'll want to add the code in this particular post:

If it doesn't take you to the post about the "Big Calendar", that's where you want to go. Add that to your CSS and you'll see the change instantly.
