I am trying to figure out how our roster line up gets updated with what the members are wearing etc... Some of my members have the info showing up while others do not. is there a Purge or Update that I can do in Admin that would update all the info on the webpage?
There are two mechanisms that put the character information on the site:
1)
The DKPProfiler Mod is the fastest, most reliable, most complete method. This, howver, will only affect select characters who are logged in.
2) The Automatic Armory Profile information. This process runs about once every 2 weeks and will attempt to load most of the profile information from the armory for users.
How does one sign up to Calendar events? When I go into a new scheduled event and tell the calendar that I will be attending with a toon, it never shows up.
On those events (in the current form, anyway, which is changing in about 2 weeks), in order to specify a role for an event, you must specify a min and/or max for that role. In your case, your events are set up to sign up "By Role" but because a min/max hasn't been specified for any of the events on the event, there are technically no roles for the event.
So simply edit the event and put a "1" in the min box for the events, and then sign up for the events. You'll see it work.
Admittedly, this is a confusing interface, one which is almost done with being finished for the coming update.
