Our guild is now leaning toward adding a Decay.

We would like the Decay to deduct 10% of the total DKP every week. Monday would b the day we would like the adjustments to take effect.

I'm scared to play with figures.

I think the fields should read as so:

Full Period Length: 7 Days
Fully Decayed 0.10
Decay Period: 90 Days

This is how I can interupting the above:

Full Period Lenghth: If I start the Decay on Monday it will continue to decay on a 7 day rotation. I.E. Weekly it will Decay.

Fully Decayed : When the decay takes affect it will deduct 0.10 aka 10% of the total DKP on a characters account.

Decay Period: A characters DKP will continue to Decay until 90 days of inactivity whereby it will cease. Cease as in no additional decay providing you don't earn OR spend existing DKP.

Will my numbers do what I want?

We had the same issue when creating our DKP system. The way the website decay works is that points decays every night and there is currently no way to set it up to decay on a specific day (to my knowledge).

What we ended up doing was creating a spreadsheet to see how long 1 point of DKP would take to decay to x points and then inputting those numbers. We use a 25% decay rate per week (which is pretty high in some cases) which equates to each point decaying to .01 points over 112 days.

Your current setup would keep your points at full value for 7 days then each point would start to decay towards .1 points over a 90 day period (decaying slightly every night). That equates to approx a 16% decay per week.
