The vast majority of that was actually Scylderon (or Jaero as I guess you guys would know him) a guy that Nevir knows, though I think Nevir had a hand in tweaking (not positive, however).

It's the newest Drop-In Template.

And yeah, it's amazing.

Aye credit to Scylderon/Jaero this time around! He did a fantastic job with it

I only did some minor tweaking of colors and integrating it better into some of the more obscure features of dkpsystem

This is a really nice template however is there a way to make it fill the whole screne rather then have dead space on the sides?

That'll require some heavy tweaking of the CSS, HTML, and some graphics reworking, but it's doable. That's a task I'll leave up to you though
