I Just started my site and added my guildies. What I noticed is only some of them have gear showing on the roster page. What could that be? I didnt do anything different to any of the players accounts.

That info is filled in by a process that runs once a week and gets data from the Armory. If it's not showing now, it'll probably be showing next week.
