In the Character screen there is a check box at the top that says, <Players can specify which guild they are a member of>... ok where do i load guilds to choose from with in the site

You can't. That is a free form text box once they check that they are part of another guild.

I'll agree it would be nice to allow admins enter the guilds that use their site so that people would not have 18 different ways of spelling the same guild name.

Chops is this a possibility whenever someone creates an account on the website, when they create thier characters, to have a dropdown box so they can select the guild they belong to?
