I think it would be best to have permission to edit the footer of the website, oh and by the way uploading layout.htm doesnt work in some way, all the tables are gone after Go Live, but in the .html file there is the table, i suggest a repair

I see what's goin on with your tables and the "Go Live" issue. I'm working on it right now.

As for editing the footer, what do you mean exactly? Are you referring to the copyright notice? If you are, you can control where the copyright notice goes by using <!--System:copyright-->. If the system doesn't find <!--System:Copyright--> anywhere in the layout.html, it'll automatically append it to the layout.
