Would it be possible to add another option to the application pull down. Something like under review? Pretty much anything that we could use to communicate with the applicants that we have recieved their app and are currently reviewing it and have not come to a decision. We run a council style leadership which means that no body really likes to pull the trigger on any recruits unless they have majority agreement from the rest of the officers. Thats presenting an issue of having apps sit for way to long without any feedback.

That is a pretty good idea.
