Is it possible to add an application pending/on file option to the application posts?

Atm we have accepted and denied as options which are great but some times we have people that apply and there are no space for right now. Sometimes new people don't work out so it would be nice just to let applicants know there is a possible hope for them in the future rather than just a straight no.

So in your Deny message why don't you just tell them. Sorry we're not new members of your class at this time we'll keep you application on file and contact you in the future if you're still interested. Then just create a new tag in your forums called "Application Archive" and change the tag of the application to that. This is what we have done just as a means of keeping tabs on who is getting accepted and denied and why.
