Alrighty, the icon and background for Icecrown Citadel are up there.

In Admin > Menus > Raid Progression, you can choose to Initialize the Icecrown Citadel zone, or if you've already set up the zone partially, you can choose the icons from the drop down lists (look for icecrowncitadel.gif).

Semi-related...Is the GRSS updated to accommodate the ICC raids yet? I just downloaded again this morning so haven't tested.
