Description: I am getting alot of reports from guildies that they have to constantly reset their passwords. When they go out of the webpage and comeback in, they are unable to. I asked them to make sure they logout of website before closing the website, but still no joy. I had this problem using IE aswell. I have the problem less when using Firefox. Regards, Aaron.

Are you using a full domain name, and if so, are you using it with masking?

Which address are you using you access your site?

1. Using www.provenanceguild.com to access.
2. Yes we are using masking. Real URL = theprovenance.dkpsystem.com

3. I am new to this. I don't know if I am using the full domain name. Please feel free to login and have a look. Whenever you go from page to page the URL stays the same @ www.provenanceguild.com

Masking is the problem, and it's pretty much a problem exclusive to IE. IE rejects cookies from third-party sites when loaded in a frame. So provenanceguild.com isn't the same as theprovenance.dkpsystem.com, and it's blocking the cookies.

The solution is to first 1) disable masking, and then 2) modify tour DNS configuration so that your "A Records" point to 208.100.30.200. (In godaddy, look for "Total DNS Control and MX Records")

When that's done, your address will still be provenanceguild.com, but your URL will change with every page view.
