The requested URL /newforum.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.2.4-2ubuntu5.3 with Suhosin-Patch Server at malice.dkpsystem.com Port 80

Got the same error from two people with the same setup.

I had them close and reopen their browsers, but the issue does not resolve.
