I was looking for a problem in the DkP # .. I found the problem, but before I did .. I edited a person's items, and they are no longer being applied with decay. He is suddenly charged with the full amount. Is there a way to fix this?

That should have been repaired with the decay calculations this morning.

At moment, no, but this is a change that is scheduled after the forum update (the DKP system and GRSS are getting overhauls).
