Description:
Hey chops,

I have no idea what has caused it - but for some wird reason our dkp standings are off.

It seems as if the uploaded items from our raid the 1st of June are not registered in our dkp system. The wird things is though that I can see them as uploaded on the raid and with the right price and member.

When I click on a member it doesn't show as received though.

I hope you can solve this asap.

I'm going to direct you this way, as this problem has been fixed for the future, but for the existing uploaded raids, you'll have to fix that with a tiny bit of manual entry.

Let me know either way so I can know if I can close the ticket.

Erhm it worked with some - but not all characters >.<

And now I can't even see the loot they got anymore

If you head to Admin > DKP > Items Received, are the items there?

Nope
I have found a way to find the numbers again though - so if you can't recover them I can at least figure out the prices
I was just looking up the backups. I can roll back your item table 6am CDT this morning (about 9 hours ago). Would that work?

Ye that would be cool - I haven't uploaded any since that.

Then I can do the merge one by one and check if something goes wrong. Last time I did one test and then all >.<

So if you can do that it would be awsome
If you upload that - will it then undo what I did before, or how does it work ?

Done. Remember that you actually have to do each merge one by one. If you did them all with one page-load, it's going to merge all the duplicated characters into a single character.

So, the process:

1) Select a single "Base" character - This will be the original character.
2) Select the duplicate character (just the duplicate of that one character)
3) Click Merge

Then one character is done. You'll want to do that for each duplicate character. I know it's a bit tedious, but it'll make sure your numbers turn out right.
