You can see that it scrolls and stuff. that would be a great addition.
The ticker I use is LED Sign. It's a java marquee that is freely available on the internet. You'll have to create a custom Layout.htm file to place it on your site. In this case I am using 2 ticker displaying opposing messages placed in the same table. the cell is a cell I added to the layout page just above the main cell that appears below the header and between the menu's. You'll have to upload the java applet files via your advanced file upload option.
