Description:
Allow people to create polls in posts rather than just per thread.

There are many occasions where a discussion starts and I\'d love to just pop a vote into that discussion thread to keep the discussion going rather than having to add a new thread just to vote.

In some cases it\'d be nice to have multiple votes per thread (e.g. on application threads... do we interview? do we offer a probation invite? do we make it permament?)
