I downloaded the latest verison of the Bankmod and tried to and my new Draenei Shaman to my list of toon on our guild site. I looked under the class listing but it doesnt list Shaman. Even after I used the mod to update my info it still doesnt list Shaman or have the Shaman option.

You'll actually want to head to Admin > Classes and just add the "Shaman" class.
