Hi there,
Is there a place I can enter the new WoW races Dranei and Bloodelf, or is that something needed to be done from your end? Setting up a roster now for a pre-made and would like to have the choice available to enter now manually, if possible.

You can indeed modify your own races by heading to
Admin > Races
--
It's all in the reflexes.
