For some reason, when my members try and post image links in the forums - it doesn't show up. So I tried it out using the [ img]link[ /img] tags. It didn't work.
Is there something I need to upgrade or change?

It's a common misconception that Rogues "do it" from the front or even, on rare occasion, laterally. While there was a brief period in the sixties where such things might have been in vogue, these days it's understood that the best position for rogues worldwide is directly behind. Indeed, many roguish feats demand it.
The problem is that you're posting an imageshack image, and those are unfortunately unembeddable (because the URLs are actually webpages and not images)
