Problem duplicating/editing raid snapshots on website

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but when I go to edit/copy an old raid snapshot on my guild website it is not showing all the ppl that were in attendance. The Members column says 25 members in attendance but when I click to edit its only showing 10 ppl.

I've tried logging in and out and reloading the browser. I'm not sure if this is a bug or what could be causing this.

I needed to copy a snapshot as one was not saved, and am unable to do this atm.

Any help would be appreciated.
Interesting. Which raid are you trying to copy that is only showing 10 members?

It's all in the reflexes.
It's not just one or two doing this its all the previous raid snapshots. They all appear to be accurate, but when I click them its showing ppl that should not even be showing up. Mostly ppl's alts.

Here is an example of what I'm talking about:

The highlighted raid snapshot as an example:

When I click on the same snapshot and go in to edit it this is what comes up:

No idea what could have changed to cause this....

Also, the snapshot shows 25 ppl in the raid and is working as intended. But the edit screen is not showing the proper guild members.

I just had another officer go to the same screen and its happening to them aswell. Not sure if that helps.
Looking at your site, I think I've found the problem.

It looks like you're limiting your DKP System to your "Leet Force" roster, but the roster only has 16 characters on it.

Your "Leet Force" roster is currently set up with a Roster Rule and it's only "Exclusive", which means it's specifically excluding it's criteria from the auto-roster capabilities. If you change that to "Inclusive", it'll add pretty much all the characters on your site to the Roster (which I'd recommend doing).

What you suggest makes sense as I did mess with the roster section a month or so ago, but haven't had to edit any snapshots since then until now. I've never used the Roster thing and was curious what it was...I wish I'd never messed with it

Is there anyway to revert it back to how it was before? I never manually loaded any roster before, did it used to just use the master roster?

I tried to delete the roster I had created, that didn't fix anything. I made a new roster and used the inclusive rule you suggested, and now I have no one coming up on the raid edit page at all.

I know I probably messed this up myself, and I rarely use this edit/copy option, but would like it to be available none the less. I've been messing with this roster setting section for an hour now and nothing I do seems to fill in the members names on the raid attendance page on the snapshots. Maybe I'm doing something wrong... Sorry to be a pain but I could use a bit more help

If you don't want to limit your DKP System to your roster, you can head to Admin, click [Edit] next to the DKP System, and then unselect the roster from the "Limit DKP System to this roster". Then click [Save].

Okay, so I deleted the roster I had made and put the master roster as default again. I went to the Admin/dkp system and the setting was already set to "all world of warcraft characters". Still had the same problem.

I was about to give up when I went back to the DKP System and just clicked save, didn't change anything, and it worked... kinda odd but glad its fixed.

Thanks for your help

Yeah, that was why I recommended clicking "Save". It's a referential integrity thing: Even though the roster had been deleted, the system was still associated with that old roster, and because it couldn't find it in the list, it just defaulted to the first item in the list. Saving it cleared the roster association.

Ultimately, it's a bug. Deleting the roster should clear itself from the DKP system.
