I've tried searching through the forums, and FAQs, but I have been unable to find answers to a couple of questions.

1. Is it possible to announce the players on the waiting list to guild chat? I have been unable to find this feature.

2. When importing GRSS snapshots, it is possible to include waiting list players for DKP awards. Is there anyway to set the waiting list players to receive a percentage of the DKP value when using the redistribute points option?

3. I would like to set a 10% DKP decay every week for inactive players. Do the current decay options allow for this? If so, what numbers are needed for decay rate to achieve this result?
