When someone leaves the guild, and has no toons left in the guild, the ranks do not change for the associated account. If someone get's promoted, or demoted, it will ask me if I want the rank on the site to be changed when I upload the roster. However, if someone leaves the guild, and has no members left in the guild, the system will not ask if the rank needs to be changed. So, I end up with people having access to member only content, and sometimes even officer content when they are no longer in the guild.

It's a pain to go through all the accounts one at a time and edit ranks for those who are no longer in the guild. I think if you update the roster it should ask you if those accounts with no associated characters should be non-members. Just like it does when ranks change.

If there is an option that will allow you to do something like this, I have yet to find it.
