I was looking at a bunch of those featured guilds and a lot of them have templates that arnt on your list. Where can I find these other templates?

The featured guilds are all custom written templates by the owners of the guilds. However, we've got between 4 and 6 more templates in the works (2 of which are actually from the featured guilds).
