Is there a feature on DKPsystems that allows the officers to view the log/history of requested items..such as status, whom it was requested by, whom delivered/approved it, etc...?

Is there any mods available out there that I can use on the site?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
At the moment no, but now that the logging mechanism is completed with the event signup process, adding the logging elsewhere is possible. It's a matter of us just adding the coding.

As for a mod to work with the system in regards to the Guild Bank stuff (I'm assuming), the DKPProfiler has GuildBank functionality built into it (its original name was actually the "GuildBank" mod).

We are using DKPProfiler built-in GuildBank functionality and our members are able to request items using it. However, there isn't seem to be anything that keeps track of requests and/or status of requests. It would be very helpful to have request log or something so we are able to manage requests better on the site.

And, thank you for the quick response..

There is a page dedicated to this on your website (or should be at least). It's called "Request for Item (RFI)". Without being able to login to your site, I can guess that your page would be:

http://gitm.dkpsystem.com/rfi.php

Just click the + (plus) signs to expand the categories.

That is exactly what I am looking for, Thank you very much.

But, I notice that there isn't a date column for each request entry which really doesn't help with keeping track. Can that be fixed, Chops??

Thank you.

My apologies. I thought you were referring to the existing RFI interface on the website in your first post. Heh..Thanks Nitesbane for catching that for me

This is actually a popular request and something that's slated.
