I added a few friends to my guild site, one of which is another DKP guild site operator who was giving me suggestions. The problem is other than marking them non-member and non-guild, there isn't much to explain who they are or why they have accounts to the other admins.

So is it possible to add a small text field to the accounts so we can make notes on them? like "Friend of Hotfix", or "has had 4 warnings about behaviors, next offense is a gkick".

That's actually a very good idea. I'll be adding "admin defined fields" to character and account profiles, and this would be something good for like "admin defined admin-only view fields"

Or something like that.
