I think we have talked about this before. I need the means to give a deny reason for an account. We have the requirement that your account name match the main toon name. This makes it easy to see who I am approving. Without requiring character creation with account creation I don't know who some people are. Thus I blindly deny accounts. I'd like the ability to send a notice when acting on account approval.
