Well, I have searched thoroughly over and over again, and I cannot seem to find a solution, so I am asking for help. When I attempt to use the "Import Roster from Armory" feature, I receive the same result each time. Characters to be Updated and Characters to be Created both list "No Records".
The characters I have previously imported using the Roster Uploader all show in the area titled "Characters not in the snapshot"

I have checked my armory settings over and over, retyped the guild name at least 10 ways, and still am having no success. The guild is on the Blade's Edge (US) server and named Temporal Paradox. It certainly exists, and the only problem I can conceive is the fact that the guild name has a space between words.

If anyone could help guide me along to correct my error, please clue me in to my oversight.

Does the Armory Sig Generator work for you?
It is hard for me to look at this because I can not see the query string being passed for the Roster Importer.

I don't believe the space is the issue. I just did my alt guild Templars of Wisdom and it pulled it fine.

Jack Burton: Hey, what more can a guy ask for?
Egg Shen: Oh, a six-demon bag!
Jack Burton: Terrific, a six-demon bag. Sensational. What's in it, Egg?
Egg Shen: Wind, fire, all that kind of thing!
So I tested one of your toons from your site in the Sig Generator and it finds them fine.
Your server name Blade's Edge has an apostrophe. I can say that the space isn't an issue because it works for my alt guild as stated above that is on Thunderlord. The apostrophe I believe represents a special character that has to be handled differently for it to work. Issues with special characters were seen on the Sig Generator when Chops first posted it. I would be guessing but since they are 2 separate systems it is possible the error was fixed there but not in the roster importer. I'm trying to find other examples from the server to see if I can query anything from it.

I just tried importing a roster for Advent Rising and Eternity and neither work. Both are on Blade's Edge.

So the general consensus is that the special character in the Realm name is the issue? Unfortunately, the server name in the armory settings is a drop-down menu, and I can't attempt to try to query the server with other variations (no apostrophe, etc)

Has anyone run into this problem with any other realms? Dath'Remar, Cho'gall, Zul'jin etc.

Here's a little trick that MAY work depending on the SQL that Chops is using and the way his stored procedures may be written.

Anyway, try replacing the apostrophe with 2 of them. NOT a double Quote... but 2 Apostrophe's (ex. Blade''s Edge)

It helps to actually look into it before I go offering suggestions. Sorry bro. The Apostrophe thnig won't work... mostly because it is a drop down... but further because the Drop-down values are actually an ID, not an alphanumeric string.

So does that indicate that the ID for the Blade's Edge item in the drop down menu is incorrect? If so, it may be a simple correction to be made in the plugin configuation. At least I'm hoping.

Well, that's a bug I'll have to fix. My apologies.

No need to apologize. I'm glad we were able to help you find a resolution. The work you've done is outstanding. While I only created the account to play around with, the compilation of scripts, mods, & plugins available in one place is making me consider redirecting my DNS and abandoning my Mambo/PHPbb site.

I'm not sure that mine is working either from the Dath'Remar server..the sig works ok though.. I wonder if this is why my guild bank uploader isn't working too..

My bank uploader does in fact work. I had a slight issue at first, but I suspect the reason being the non-alphanumeric characters in the password of the administrator account. I simply created a new account on the site, gave it the appropriate privileges, and used that login to associate my characters. Automated uploader works like a charm afterwards.

Yeah. Admittedly, the uploader is a little finicky about non alphanumeric characters (including space). IF you have a space or non alphanumeric character in either your username or password it's not reliable. This is something I need to fix.

Problem seems to have been fixed. Import from armory is now working correctly. Thanks =)
I am having a similar problem on Blood Furnace (US) with the update of the roster from the armory. Whenever i import it lists my entire guild as not being in the snapshot.

I'm on it. Blizzard changed their Armory servers.

The Armory Importer has not imported updated info for several days for my guild on Windrunner server. My DKPsigs work just fine though. Hmmm any suggestions?

I'm assuming that this is still an issue, we have not been able to upload from the WoW Armory for a few weeks now. Defiance @ The Venture Co.

Also, we just in the past 20 minutes or so lost access to the website defiance.dkpserver.com ... but i expect it's temporary.

BTW how do I get my account to reflect my guild and that I'm an operator?
I have not been able to upload the roster from Armory for many weeks - I get none of the guild included in the snapshot. I have a simple guild name "Refuge" from Dath'Remar. I have recruited over 150 members recently and I do not want to have to create their characters manually. When is there going to be a fix for this please?
Blast. I fixed this a month or two ago, but with the new battle.net profiles instead of the old Armory (which presented data in a much more structured and easy-to-import form) I'm sure regular changes are constantly breaking the import process.

I'll have a look at this. Thank you.
